How I Can Help

Services & Fees

Every woman's experience is unique. Lindsay offers a range of counselling services tailored to where you are right now — with warmth, expertise, and deep respect for your journey.

Trauma & PTSD

Trauma can leave a lasting imprint — on how we feel, how we relate to others, and how we see ourselves. Whether you've experienced a single traumatic event or a lifetime of difficult experiences, healing is possible.

Lindsay works with a trauma-informed, compassionate approach — using evidence-based therapies including EMDR and ACT to help you process what happened, reduce distressing symptoms, and reconnect with a sense of safety and self.

Domestic & Family Violence

Leaving or recovering from an abusive relationship is one of the most courageous things a person can do. The impacts of domestic and family violence can be far-reaching — affecting your sense of identity, safety, and trust.

Lindsay has extensive experience supporting women through these experiences. Sessions provide a safe, non-judgmental space to process what you've been through, rebuild your confidence, and take steps toward the life you deserve.

Sexual Assault Recovery

Healing from sexual assault is deeply personal and non-linear. There is no right way to feel, and no timeline you need to follow.

Blue Jay Collective offers a space where you are believed, respected, and supported — entirely at your own pace. Lindsay draws on trauma-informed approaches to help you process your experience, manage distressing symptoms, and reclaim a sense of safety in your body and your life.

Anxiety & Depression

When anxiety or depression takes hold, everyday life can feel overwhelming. You might feel stuck, exhausted, disconnected, or like you're just going through the motions.

Using Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other evidence-based approaches, Lindsay works with you to understand what's driving your distress, build practical coping strategies, and reconnect with what matters most to you.

Creative Arts as Therapy

Sometimes words aren't enough — or they're hard to find. Creative arts therapy offers another way in, using art-making as a gentle, expressive tool for processing emotions and experiences that can be difficult to articulate.

No artistic skill or experience is needed. The process is what matters, not the product. This approach can be particularly helpful for those who find traditional talk therapy challenging, or who want to explore their inner world in a different way.

Clinical Supervision

Lindsay offers clinical supervision for social workers, counsellors, and other helping professionals. Supervision provides a reflective space to explore your practice, process complex casework, and support your professional development.

Concessions are available for students, new graduates (qualified less than 2 years), and clinicians working in a non-government organisation. Contact Lindsay to discuss.
